The origin of the story, "Mu Mu Tiya - The Mysterious Melody"
Since opening our casting agency my wife Filiz Zincidi and I observed the Turkish film industry and found that there are no good and high quality fantasy tale productions for families and children in Turkey.
After that, the idea was born to produce a fantasy, fairy tale film. Multiple story writers were commissioned from us a story to write. Because unfortunately, none of the stories lived up to our expectations, my wife came up with the idea to write her own story to the film. She was convinced from the beginning that each country should have its own fantasy hero, that the children can identify themselves with.
We were aware of the fact, that we would enter a project at a very high risk and that we would have a great responsibility.
In order to achieve the best picture quality on screen, we decided for the camera "F65 4K" that until then provided the maximum image quality and was led by a cameraman who had taken the camera already for Hollywood films.
This "F65 4K" camera has already been tested by other producers, but could not be filmed due to the complex technical requirements. That did not stop us from taking this hurdle to successfully complete the production.
To achieve the best action scenes we have had 35 stunt people from the Czech Republic, Mexico and Brazil come to the set, which have already proven their professionalism in films such as "Titanic".
The mysterious city of Cappadocia was elected to the image location of production. The city is known for its unique rock formations where some residents from the past and even today are still alive.
With despite and versatile VSX and CGI effects, we gave the film a quality and personal touch and many realistic scenes.
For example, the village with its 18 houses was built by us, the suspension bridge over the 80-meter-deep Canyon and the burning of the bridge, which was filmed without any effects.
Even the children in the lead roles, despite the stunt doubles and represented among the highest possible safety precautions their stunts on the bridge themselves.
A total of 750 people have been involved in the production on set. With our support for international charities, my wife is now planning her own charitie organization in the context of the film "Mu Mu Tiya - The Mysterious Melody"
